My father late sh.Lekh Ram (aged 63 years at the time of death) was a patient of COPD and were getting treatment from Dr S.B.Khurana since 03.02.2005 to March 2008
In march 2008 a Camp was organized by Dr R.S. Maheshwari of Lifeline Hospital Ludhiana in our village Bilaspur for general check-up. My father visited the camp. After diagnosing and seeing the reports , prescription slips and medicines of Dr S.B.Khurana the Dr R.S. Maheshwari misguide my father that he was getting wrong treatment from Dr S.B.Khurana of COPD instead of T.B. and suggested him to admit into his Lifeline Hospital Ludhiana for the treatment of T.B.
My father admitted in his Lifeline Hospital Ludhiana as on 05.03.2008 to 14.03.2008. After discharging my Father got Jaundice due to wrong medicines, but the Dr R.S. Maheshwari not stoped the medicines of T.B.
The situation was very serious on 03.05.2008 and we again admitted him in Lifeline Hospital Ludhiana . Next day on 04.05.2008 he refused to do the treatment and suggested to go to any other hospital.
Then we took him to Guru Teg Bahadur sahib Hospital and got their treatment respectvily from 04.05.2008 to 08.05.2008 from Guru Teg Bahadur sahib Hospital and 08.05.2008 to 12.05.2008 from CMC Hospital Ludhiana.
Finally he was died on 12/05/2008 in CMC Hospital Ludhiana due to the wrong treatment of TB instead of COPD by Dr. R.S.Maheswari
