My name is sourav agarwal and i am a reliance gsm mobile customer and i have a prepaid account with a number 9608130287. Sir i had balance of rs. 11 on this number but suddenly on 10th august it shows a negative balance of rs. 9 then i recharged my number again with rs.20 and the next day again it shows a negative balance of rs. 4 so they totally deducted rs. 40 when i called to customer care and asked the reason their response was not good and told that you had activated a cricket pack on 8th august. But sir i had not activated any pack and also my number was switched off from 4th august to 9th august as i was out of station. When i went to near customer office of reliance i saw around 10 persons were also facing this problem but the representative told that we dont know anything and you have to pay this. Sir i have faced this problem in the past also at that time also they deducted around rs.30 i am a student and i cant concentrate on my studies properly due to this. Please sir take some action. I will be very grateful to you for this.
