sir , I did online shopping from www.100bestbuy.com on the date of 15/10/2013. After payment done of Rs:1264/-, there is no response. They provide customer care no , but that is always busy. I sent many mails to customer care , but there is no response. So please guide me how I file a case in consumer court. They provide me as courier details that first flight courier and track no is F99252392. I have contacted to courier company , but they dold that no booking details. My reference ID is 26667929 . If you need I have the screenshot of payment and order details i can send you. I am expecting a positive response.
