This is to inform you that The booking regarding the Reference Nubber BET31382544460 which was made on this website on 05/10/2013 and even i done the payment for the amount of 14340.00 which was success with PayU refrence number 46923618 and the moment i was done with the payment and after 30 – 45 mins we received the call from this company regarding the the fare was increased of the same ticket Now i want to know that if i have selected the two adults ticket and if i have done the payment then why the hell my booking was not done….and if the Fare was increased then why that fare was not updated at that same time!!1 Now this is absolutely the Case of Fraud that you people are doing with the Customers that after the booking you people call the Customer and tell them that the fare is increased Now i want the compensation as i have paid heavy charges because of you that you have taken around 1 hr in this whole process of fraud as i would have done the booking with other portals as the fare was same on other portals too.
