Hi, I have brought footwear (1 pair of men Shoes & 1 pair of women sandals) online from http://www.clarks.in/ website with following detail: Site: http://www.clarks.in/ Order Number: 1256074 Total Amount: INR (Indian Rupees) 3554.01 Order Date: 1st Aug 2013 Payment Mode: CitiBank Credit Card Payment Gateway: CCAvenue After placing the order I received order confirmation mail from Clarks.in website as well successful payment mail from CCAvenue. But after the mails, there is no correspondence from Clarks.in site regaring the delivery status of my order. Their customer service number 1800 102 4504 is not picking up the phone. Their customer service email customer.care@clarks.in is not replying to my mail. Please help. Thanks, Saif.
