We purchased a datawind Tablet ” Ubislate 7 CZ with Key Board” online through company’s website “www.datawind.com” on 5-10-2013. How ever company provided a defective product which was notified to company immediately. On the advise of Customer care , we submitted the tablet on 12-10-13 at their service centre in Noida. We wrote number of email and made call to customer care , but company has not replaced or refunded the money after passing of more than 3 month .

Refund of Rs.6800/- plus interest 18% PA and Rs. 25000/- as penalty for harassment, time, mental agony and depriving of the a kid to use the tablet which he would have used for his studies.
