Please refer order number :200737596 dated 01/07/2013 from www.fabfurnish.com (Zap fino kids car bed – red color) I have ordered the product on 01/07/2013 and as per the policy the product should have been delivered with in 5-6 days, but the product was shipped to me on 22/07/2013. Despite me calling vendor several times they did not ship the product on time. The reason they quoted for delay in shipment was that they had some quality control issues. The product price when I ordered was 11990.00 (inclusive of all charges). The same product price went down during this 22 days of delay. Despite this I only insisted that a good quality product be delivered on time, rather than cancelling the order and placing a new order of the same product which would cost less to me. The product came to me as a break-down kit which has to be assembled at the user end. And while I was assembling the same, there was a crack at the joints. (Photographs of which has been already sent to vendor team). The warranty policy states “This product comes with a 12 months warranty (applicable from date of purchase) against all manufacturing defects. Warranty does not include natural wear and tear. After 12 months, we will provide repair services on payment basis”. As the product has been invoiced on 22/07/2013 according to the bill I received, the product I received is still in warranty against all manufacturing defects. As the product has not been used, it does not fall under “natural wear and tear”. I have been cheated for the following: 1. Delay in shipping of the product from vendor’s end. 2. Compromising on the quality of the product (The reason they quoted for delay in shipment was that they have some quality control issues.) 3. Harassing of the customer for having paid the amount before the receipt of the genuine and good quality product, which they promised to delivery on their portal. Regards Jyothsna
Refund the money I incurred on the product or replace me with a new and quality ensured product.
