Dear Sir, I purchased a products ( 2 Kurtas ) from www.fashionandyou.com on July 07, 2013 vide Order No.: 3158865. I returned the products on July 24, 2013 due to the sizing problem. After 6 days, I checked with the Company and ask them that when will I receive my amount into my account for the returned product. The executive of the Company replied me that it will be credited to my account within next 24 working hours. After 5 days, I ones again checked with the Company’s executive and I was ones again replied that due to some problem it was not credited but he assured me that it will be credited within next 24 hours. This way I kept on calling the Company more than 6 times and every time I was being replied in the same manner. I also sent them an email, day before yesterday warning them that if the issue will not be cleared within next 24 hours, I will be forced to approach to the Consumer Forum. Even after warning them, until now I haven’t received any positive response from the Company. All the executives of such companies talk with a customer in a polite manner when they are asked for any help regarding the purchase. But ones you purchase the product and afterwards if you have any problems, none of them reply in proper manner. Finally, I have decided to bring the issue to the Consumer Grievance for getting a justice in this mater. I would request you to instruct the fashionandyou.com to refund my amount into my Bank Account and not into their Store Credit as I am not interested to purchase any other product from the Company because of their irresponsible behaviours.
