I placed order for a gift from this website http://www.giftstobangalorecity.com/ and paid an about of 949rs from my SBI account. Representatives of this site said they did not received any payment and hence my order was put to a status ‘transaction failure’. Soon ,i sent a mail to this site (and directly confirmed with representative) that i don’t wish to proceed with this order in any case.When i checked after 8hrs i can see order is in ‘Processed’ state.When i contacted them again,reply was they received money.But i had clearly told them i don’t want to proceed with this order,as i already took service of another website.Now when i look back i can see they were intentionally lying money was not received.Now when i ask for the money to be remitted back,there are no replies from them.

I want the full money i paid for this ,which is Rs 949 remitted back to my account
