I wanted to order 1 TB harddisk and searched popular website called www.junglee.com from amazon. The website listed down some sellers and indiasouq was one of them. I had ordered 1 TB harddisk from indiasouq but it was not delivered. The seller is not responding, his mobile number is switched off. Emails are not being responded. I searched on google and facebook and there were thousands of users who have been cheated by this indiasouq.com company. I contacted junglee.com and ccAvenue to block the seller and to get my money back but there are also not responding. They are also not taking any action against the seller. I just received acknowledgment from junglee.com and no response from ccAvenue. It looks like that they are only interested in their commissions. Surprisingly junglee.com has not blocked the seller yet and ccAvenue has not discontinued the agreement with seller inspite of knowing that millions of indian customers are being affected. My transaction details are as follows. 18th Aug’13 17:44, 2785 INR, ICICI Transaction Id 118952, ccAvenue Order Number 2785 I made online payment of 2785 INR. I had also called ICICI bank through which I paid money but they cannot help. The company indiasouq is totally fraud. I saw many complaints on internet about this company which is fake. Just type “indiasouq” on google and you would see whole list of complaints. Please see attached screenshot with this email. I kindly request you take serious actions against all of these fraud companies (including junglee.com and ccAvenue) which takes hard earned money from the people and get me my money back. These companies are only interested in cheating people. You can easily get details about this fraud company indiasouq.com and bank account from junglee.com and ccAvenue as they are promoting this company otherwise it looks impossible to contact them. want the money paid by me, which is 2785 INR in total from indiasouq.com or junglee.com/ccAvenue (as they are promoting fake companies). In the interest of public and to avoid such problems, it would be great goverment makes panelty to companies like junglee.com and ccAvenue for making colloberation with fake companies just to earn their commissions.
