www.Kaunsa.com – Refund not done

Dear sir, I have placed on order for laptop on 16.09.2013 and the date of delivery mentioned by Kaunsa.com team is 1st Oct. But till now i have not received my laptop. Wrote a many complaint to kaunsa team but there is no proper response and called there customer care many times, but the response is very very bad. They are cutting the call without any intimation. I waited for the month time and i have given the request for cancellation on 12.10.2013. But i got a reply only on 23.10.2013 after several mail & phone follow up saying that they can be refund only through voucher as per their company policy. But in there policy its clearly mentioned refund will be either cash back or voucher. I need money back desperately to arrange another alternative to purchase laptop. Kindly help me out to get my refund money asap.
