i bought a 2 waist coats from the online store www.liebemode.com and paid by cash on delivery . i returned the product because of the product quality .so they were supposed to refund my money back within one month as per their policy on website.I continuously sent them emails for the refund but no refund has been made yet.its has been more than 2 months of the date i returned the product but no refund has been made yet. i even phone called them , they always said they have submitted the cash check in account details provided by me but no amount i received so called the emailed them and called them but call was not received and mails were not answered . but after week or twice i used to call then call was picked and they said check has been deposited in the bank you will receive it by today evening.when i waited for a week again called but this time they said check will be deposited today evening you will receive it by tomorrow but no amount i have received yet. i have Email proofs and the return slip of the product.

i want the refund of Rs.1760 (the amount i paid for the product). i also want compensation from liebemode.com of hurting the sentiments of customer.
