I ordered certain products from online shop www.purplle.com on 14th Feb 14 vide order Id:20140214187213. With one of the products namely Dove essential Nourishment Body Lotion (250ml) one dove bath soap(75gm)was free as per label on the bottle supplied to me. I had ordered two lotions and as such two dove bath soaps should have been supplied free. But the packet did not contain any. I immediately emailed to purplle.com. on 22nd Feb 14 after receiving the packet. But nobody responded even after several reminders. I raised tickets No.475395,512195 &773594. But till today the issue is unresiolved. Purplle.com does not even respond to any. I have every right to get what I have paid for.Please help me get my right.

Two Dove bath soaps or ?90/-. Plus compensation of ?500/-.
