www.redbus.in – Failed Transaction refund my money

I made an online booking on 30th July worth Rs 1500 for a ticket from Madurai to Hyderabad. The transaction had failed and the amount was debited from my A/C. Having faced these issues before as well as, I knew it won’t be a big deal and the amount will be refunded to my A/C; Hence I did another transaction and successfully booked the ticket. Sadly, the amount which was debited for the first transaction (The one that had failed), never came back to my A/C. I wrote so many mails to the support team but all they did was gave some excuse and we entered this vicious circle of mails with no solution coming out of it.

I have lost Rs 1500 I have mailed the red bus team my credit card statement also as a proof that amount was never refunded back to my account.

Please refund my Rs 1500/-
