I made an order of women apparal on the simplsizzle.com website a month back worth 2150 Rs.order number ECB-A1000887. They promised to deliver the same in 3 weeks time frams. After 2 weeks when i called them , they told that the order had to be cancelled since the stock was unavailable. i asked for refund of money by calling them many times. each time getting fake assurances. Finally they deposited a cheque -000164 is the cheque number to my ICICI bank account. It got rejected in a day . When i spoke to bank officials they told there was a problem in the authentication of the depositer. Now , No-one is picking up the phone. This seems a fraud case to me. Please help.

i went through mental stress and agony trying to follow them up from last 1 month. They have cheated on me, so I want the consumer court to decide the punishment for me.
