Dear Sir/Madam, I am Varun residing at New Delhi, I ordered Inalsa Activa Foot Massager from www.starcj.com at Rs. 2660/- on 30th July 2013. But till today i.e. on 07th August 2013 it is not yet delivered. Even customer care executives are not filing complain properly and saying is been shipped on 5th August and problem is not in our side but with courier service. The office of starcj is in Gurgaon and still it is undelivered. Please Help. Varun 9868800880

At least product should be delivered in good condition or refund the money back to my bank account.
