Online order has been done on 27.08.13.Merchant Reference Number : 480. Product item price- Rs. 600.Item ordered-Bean Refill. The enterprise/organization has displayed lot of products in their site-www.thoumuzbeanbags.com. I was searching for this item and having found the product in their item listing, i ordered by paying with my credit card. EBS Payment ID : 19279964 Payment Mode : VISA. I received the order booking confirmation in my mail id – sandeepbakshi2005@gmail.com. Since then i called up the enterprise at least 10 times , but they are neither sending my item nor refunding back the amount. The guy ( whose name is not properly pronounced ) who is receiving the call at +91 80127329 has confirmed around a month back that this item will not be depatched. Despite my repetitive reminders, they are not refunding the money to my account. He took my bank details with all IFSC code,etc on 20th Sept 13.
