Xolo A500 – Frequent hang and no answere to complains

Hello, I purchased the Xolo A500 on 14/06/2013 from tradus.com for Rs 5,654/-. After a month of use i had been raising complains about the frequent hanging, wifi not working properly and Apps force stop. I had raised complain vai mobile app and email as suggested by company’s user manual but it was of no use as there was no call back from company sied. I had drop many mail to no avail.

As as releif measure i want my purchase price paid in respect of phone i.e Rs 5,654/- and appropriate amount paid toward SMS and mail send on mobile internet.
