Respected Sir, I buy a new XOLO A500 mobile from Sachdevas Electronics Bistupur Jamshedpur In a dated 04/08/2013 from the date of purchasing it will be created lots of problems like Hanging Phone, Automatically Music Stop and Play and Many More. i complained about this type of problem in a customer care of XOLO mobile in a number 1800-30-100-104 for replacing the handset but they not agree to replace the phone the senioors manager of XOLO care says that i will be only repaire your phone but not replace.

sir i want to replace my phone from the XOLO company because if a new handset is created problem within 7 days then how can we purchase a new brand mobile phone sir i request to you please help me to replace my phone or my money back. Therefore i will obliged to you. Thanking You.
