XOLO A500S Mobile Customer Service

I am Anandrao Garud, Purchased Xolo A500S Mobile on 02.12.2013. Used hardly for 6-7 days & Submit in Xolo service center on 10.12.2013 ( F1 Info Solution , Mubmai) Doing follow up regularly with Service Center as well as Customer care of Xolo, but not getting any positive response.

More than 20 days my handset is with Xolo Service Center, Whats the Meaning of purchase of New hand set?
Let me know What should I do? If handset is not in repairable condition, kindly replace the same or Refund my Money. Why you all are kept this on Hold? Answer my queries ASAP, other wise I have to go to Consumer forum to raise the Cmplaint against XOLO.
