XOLO A500S MOBILE – defective product

i had purchased xolo a500s mobile on 16-10-2013 from shopping.indiatimes.com with order id:3002740475. next day i found that it’s proximity sensor is not working. so i called to indiatimes customer care, they informed me that within 7 days of purchase i can get replacement or refund, if the product is defective. they told me to go at xolo care and get doa letter and they give me address of xolo care of baroda. so i went there at xolo care but they refused to give me doa letter. so i again called to indiatimes customer care , now they told me to send mobile back at their address without doa letter, they have taken approval for it.so i sent mobile via trackon courier and it reached there by 28-10-2013. then i called indiatimes customer care, they informed me that they have received mobile and within 25 days they will cancel my order and provide my refund. but till today 04-12-2013, they have not provided my refund. since last 2 weeks i am calling them, they are saying that my complaint is under process and it will take more time..complaint id:1135960

i want my refund and also give some fine to them for this type of harrasment
