Xolo A700 phone sent for Repairs not returned – Customer Service Not Responding

Dear Sir, -We have purchased a Xolo A700 phone on 21st March 2013 in Bangalore. -The same had developed a problem and sent for repairs vide their Delivery Note :310000038451 in April 2013. Again on 7th May 2013, the set was given to them for repairs vide their Notification No.310000049348 ( Docket No.802626060886) on 7th May 2013 and it is more than two and half months passed, no action is taken and my phone is still with them. Whenever I contact their customer care no.180030100104, someone replies that they are sorry for the delay and will escalate the same to their Back end team who will inform in 24/48 hours on the matter BUT no reply and no action. -The Phone is more with their Repair factory than with me ever since we bought, and two and half months is a long wait for any one. If the Handset is misplaced or not repairable, they need to replace it immediately. But, unfortunately XOLO care has preferred to maintain silence and putting the customers into a lot of inconvenience. -I will be grateful if Xolo co. can soleve my problem and do the needful.
