Xolo Customer Care is not responding

GPS function was not working since purchase(October-2013). I’ve submitted the phone to customer care center many times, but the problem still continue. Now Xolo care is not responding email also, asking random documents. I’ve sent all documents. Many functions are not working due to GPS chip malfunction. As GPS requirement is essential requirement of my job, so this has to be rectified. I have lost faith in XOLO brand so I want my money should be returned back with harassment compensation included.
