I have given my XOLO Q700 for repair in bangalore service centre at VR Info services on 30 November 2013. The IMEI number is [911310451188164, 911310451289160 ] JobID number is 310000166145. The repair due date was given as two weeks from the date of submission of my mobile at the service center. It is nearly six weeks, and there is no correct status given to me.

This is new a new phone, and I had to purchase this phone since my old phone was not working correctly.

I would like to get a new phone or get the current phone serviced without any charges.
