Hi, I have given my xolo A700 for some problem under warranty on 29th december to through fedex courier tracking number 903117841xxx they said they will repair my phone and will be sent to me within max of 10days if any issue they will inform me but till today when i call them and ask for the status they are saying my phone got repaired on 7th December but not yet dispatched and not yet informed anything reason saying wait you will get soon from 35days have called them for 24 times in last 35 days and given complaint every time IMEI No – 911246750196xxx Model – XOLO A700 Case Id – 310000165671 -same problem is repeating for many people
I am struggling like anything without phone from 40 days Please i want to dispatch my phone in two days and i want compensation from them(temporary phone cost and my time cost) for taking my phone for long time without informing me in period they said(10 days) and without proper reason because i have lost so many things without my phone from last 35 days and make sure that don’t repeat this for any one
