Complaint Against Xolo Lava International Product Details:Lava Xolo X900 Mobile Handset I had given my Lava Xolo X900 for repairs on 26-Sep-2013 (Owner: Prateek Shukla). The handset was handed over to the pickup point in Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Raj Mobile Shop). Case ID for the same is 310000115008. I was assured that repairs take 5 working day. Since then, I have made multiple call to their customer care(180030100104) and sent many mails to their mail ID(care@xolo.in) and they always tell me that the handset is under repair and I will get it back shortly. Later I told them I want the repaired handset back, which I will personally come and collect. They said that they cant tell to which service centre has the handset gone. I believe that I wont even be able to get the unrepaired handset back.
I have been without a smart phone for about a month. Forwarded the call to my alternate number (which is a feature phone). Company did not provide an interim handset because my phone had micro sim. Cant receive SMSs on the alternate number to which the phone is forwarded. Have not been able to track my bills, credit card expenses. Was not able to keep in touch with my superiors on whatsapp (superior was out of country and could communicate only on whatsapp). Not been able to make online credit card transactions because OTP comes on phone as an SMS that I cant receive. Economic Loss: Rs. 21999
I Want my repaired handset back for free.Or else, the company gives me back my unrepaired handset and pays for the repairs. Also want the company to pay monetary compensation of Rs. 21999. Equal to cost of handset so that I buy a different handset from a better company from the market.
