I purchased XOLO Q700i on 10/01/2014. I submitted my under warranty phone (XOLO Q700i) worth Rs 10,200 for the change of display on 14.07.2014 which was defected. Workorder no. 310000577394. Instead of changing the display they updated the software of the phone due to which i lost all my important contacts. Then i again submitted my phone on 01.08.2014 with new Workorder no. 310000628509. The IMEI NO is : 911310451417977

Now i don’t want any further service from this company as they don’t respond to my phone call and don’t have any information about my phone so, i want my whole money back.
