Dear Sir/Madam, My Xolo device earphones is not working properly .I m staying in Hyderabad and I purchased from Faizul Communication And problems are as follows: 1) The mic Button is not working. 2) Sometimes it get connected with my phone sometimes doesn’t. Experiments: * I have tried another earphones its working properly .
