Dear Sir, I have submitted my Xolo A800 SmartPhone Mobile with IMEI no: 911250500118251 on 09-09-2013 at smart services Chandigarh for repair however, I haven’t received my phone back until today. I had word with Customer service center but haven’t got any result. I went smart services many times however, they said that they are not responsible for the same. As they gave me written comment that phone will be back till 15-10-2013 and today is 13/11/2013 but I haven’t received my phone back . Also I had word with Amit and he told me that they are enabled to repair the device and they are providing me new phone . Smart services sent lot of mail to concerned department however, haven’t got any feedback. Please let me know what should I do for the same. Regards, Gagandeep Sharma
