Xolo mobile – battery not available in market

Hello, Pavan P Govekar, owner of Xolo B700 mobile (IMEI Number : 911257150088312,911257150088320) Purchased date: 08/05/2013 from MIRCHIMART INDIA PVT LTD. Invoice no : MICI12217. I am entrepreneur and have Education institute and a social worker, all my business is on mobile calls and data transfer (mails). I had saved all my contacts and business personal data in mobile itself. As per company rules and regulations if product is sold market, then its accessories should be produced and should be made available in market too. But unfortunately B700 mobile accessories are not available in market nor in xolo care centre. Right from 35 days placing order in Belgaum Xolo service center, I am getting only one reply – 1)Sir, We had placed your order and from Bangalore we had not received any parcel yet, 2)Sir, Your mobile handset is stopped by company so will check and get back to you, 3) Sir, In Bangalore office Battery is not available so it will take time ……… Near about 15+ times I had called them. Also mail Xolo care to inquire about battery, but had not got good feedback that I will get battery. I lost many contact because of absence of battery from long time, I had placed amount 50,000 as the amount which I had lost is more then assured amount. I have all proof (Call recordings, mails) So please help me.

I want my mobile battery and the amount where in my business got affected because of it.
