I bought Xolo Q1200 on 28.06.2014 after 2 months suddenly battery started draining like anything i went to Service Point service center to check on this, they told battery has got bulged and its has affected the display also and submitted my mobile on 26.08.2014 Work Order # 310000696130 & I got a new phone on 30 Sep 2014. After exactly three months on 27.01.2015 again the battery has bulged and again I need give the phone for repair Work Order # 310001110678. Some of my friends purchased the same model along with me, all mobiles had battery issue in few months & Xolo has replaced / repaired the phone details as follows Siva Kumar Work order no.310000954231 (Handset Repaired) Manjunatha P Work order no.310000796793 (Handset Swapped) Prashanth Work order no.310001087988(Handset Repaired) Mobiles covered under warranty will sent to factory for repair & the time taken is more than one month.
In six months, I have given the phone for repair twice and its in factory nearly for about two & half months & all the phone bought (model Q1200) by me & my friends has repaired /replaced with in three to four months. I have invested Rs.12999/- for faulty mobile what Xolo has produced. I spoke to Xolo care to refund or replace the model the told we can’t, because its against the company policy. They told phone is repaired & you have collect the same from service centre, if the problem occurs again we will repair it again. I have refused to accept the phone & told them to send it back to factory, but they refused to do it.The service centre people say battery is covered under warranty for 6 months after that i have pay for the service & repair. I spoke to one of the team leader in Xolo care Mr. Gurwinder Gill on 16.02.2015 he took seven days of time to give me a feedback after several times I called Xolo care they are telling we can’t give it white & black & the executive are not transferring the call to their team leader & fooling the customer by telling to visit service center & those people tell you have to contact XOLO care. I am no where in the middle. They are wasting my time by not giving it in writing.
