When someone recommended to buy XOLOQ700 Phone, i was not comfortable if this handset will give me good experience or not. However after giving a thought i bought it considering its features and price point, i had bought a XoloQ700 phone last year. Surprisingly my phone battery started malfunctioning and became swallon. I Called up Service Centrer in Jalandher (Punjab) on 2nd May to know about availability of battery. Contact Person assured that battery would be available in 10 days due to shortage of stock. TILL DATE I AM CHASING TO GET THE BATTERY, even i called up Service Centrer in Chandigarh, however it was not available there also. HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH KIND OF PATHETIC SERVICE TILL DATE FROM ANY HANDSET MANUFACTURER. Im in constant touch with Service Centrer in Jalandher at 01815052500…but i am getting one single statement every time that Batteries are out of stock and company is not providing the same. Seems like now i need to knock consumer court doors to get this issue resolved.

Company should take back this phone and refund my entire money that i had spent on it.
