I had a problem with my xolo q800.the camera icon suddenly disappeared… Gave it to the service centre got my phone back after 21 days.after 2months I got the same issue again gave it to the service centre they assured me that I would get a replacement soon .I have submitted my phone on Aug 8 2014.whenever I contact the service centre they tell me even they do not have any idea wen I would get my phone even tried calling xolo care .they said even they do not know the exact dispatch date of my phone..plz help me…order id number for my phone is 310000646308…imei number of the handset is 911306750441xxxx

I want the replacement for my mobile as soon as possible as it is a company handset defect and all the xolo q800 have same problem even after getting it repaired from the respective service center again and again.
