1) xolo8x1000 with issue of auto shut down 2) company hive team accept there failure to repair it online so they suggest me to visit xolo service center 3)i visit lajapat nagar service center more than 3 time they try to repair it by software updation , battery reset , and many more method then the accept there failure 4) Mr. diju take this issue personally and refer my case to Mr. mahesh , so on his suggestion i submit my phone again to lajpat nagar service center they sent it to noida head office , but after receiving i again face same issue , so again i submit my phone to service center again and get back again with same issue 5) After Mr. Mahesh accepting his failure he forward it to Mr. Sanjay he tries the same and fail to repair 6)he offer me a new handset but not same modal ( previous modal ) He conveyed me for it , but i receive a used handset with same issue , 7) on mr. sanjay suggestion i again submit my phone to service center this time he promise me to gave a new phone atleast with extended warranty and extra accessories but i receive the same handset with a issue loose body from the bottom , 8) now my case is forward to Miss monika she again asking me to submit the phone as i am a fool . By This way they harass me
as i never enjoy my handset without any fault and they are not able to repair it from last 8 months as well as they try to bluff me by providing a faulty and damaged replacement of my phone . so i have no trust on there any product so i want my complete money back Rs 13999/- as well as due to there mistake, false commitments and ignorance i am suffering from last 7 months during this period they harass me mentally , socially as well as economically and i lost lot of good opportunities due to there mistake as well as it also affect my appraisal so i want Rs 1,00,000/- as a relief amount for all this
