This is to inform you that I have purchased my cell phone Xolo Q1000S in 30 december 2013. After 1 day it started hanging and auto restart issue. After Having discussion over phone with Xolo Care, I have Submitted my Cell Phone at Nirman Vihar service center on 7 Janurary. They have committed me that I will get my Cell phone in 20 to 25 days . But when I called there Now they failing to complete it. Now they are saying it will take another 1 Week. As i have checked over net i found Xolo were fail to deliver service .
