I had purchased xolo q1000 in july 2013. From local shop in borivali west. After that phone was working well till jan 14. Then i started facing problem of no network heating while charging ear speaker issues incoming outgoing voice disturbance.for that i hd launched complaint on xolo customer care. They diverted mein to service center. Work order no fr my query at service center is 310000317625 dtd 24 march 2014. Despite several visits they hd nt given my repaired cell they are not responding well and nt even telling me when it is gonna b repaired and delivered back to me. I am facing lots of issues as of it. I dnt even hv secondary phone so its creating lots of issues over here. Request your kind intervention to solve the same on priority
