I had purchased a brand new XOLO A500S model mobile phone from tradus.com on 1st Jan,2014 and on seller Hsdistributors has dispatched the same on 3rd Jan and it was delivered to me on 6th Jan,2014 Problem start after I open the phone and I was surprised there was no accessories such as battery, charger , headfone, datacable were missing with the phone. I contacted Tradus and its seller with the compliant ids 1407493 , 1405960 , 1410312 but still I did not find any positive response. They are making lame excuses and ask me go to company directly but when I reached company and contacted xolo customer care by phone and email and direct interaction in sector 64 office. They said its an responsibility of Tradus and they will take care on other hand tradus is saying its a responsibilities of Xolo. Both are asking me to go to each other and exchanging responsibilities with each other. I am requesting you to please look into it and solve this problem I am feeling helpless with dealing tradus and xolo.
I want my money back and if possible exchange the phone with proper accessories or provide me missing accessories along with token of apology by both company.
