cause of fault as reported by customer care: xolo secure and xolo child mode are not compatible with each other. so it got locked and none of the keys are working. i reported the same problem by mail and phone to customer care. mails send on 9oct’13, 10oct’13, 17oct’13, 22oct’13. only getting assurance, but the mobile is still at the collectoin center after 13 long days, whereas repair window is only 5 days.
i’ll accept the relief as decided by the court.
