Xolo mobile – non return of mobile from service centre in given time

i bought a xolo A800 in may,2013. a display problem occurred in nov, 2013. i took the phone to their service centre and submitted the phone. they gave me a time period of 1 month. after 1 month i went to the service centre and they gave me a replacement for my phone, which i refused. i asked for another model(Q1000) instead of my phone, and they promised me to give that. but now 2 months have passed after i submitted the phone and i still have not received the promised replacement.

i want xolo Q1000 as promised by them.
