not entertaining and repairing mobile even after the reception of mobile in service centre more the 40 days,mobile is under warranty period when i inform the xolo care that i am going to filing a complaint in consumer court, xolo blackmailing telephonic ally me that i have to pay the money for physical damage. the story of physical damage is come out after one month from the date of reception. rejecting my request for providing information through email about physical damage,payment of money, reason for pay by xolo care. my mobile is under the custody of xolo more than 40 days , till now it is not repaired, or even not giving the estimated date of departure of mobile, and challenging consumer rights. unfair dealing with me and not even provide the information about name,contact of md/chairman of xolo company.
