Xolo Mobile – Not Getting Customer Service

I purchased the mobile on 22/07/14 from jodhpur and after 7 days the phone’s mic was not working.When I called to the customer care and asked them to replace it with the new one they replied negatively and told me to get it repaired from bangalore service center. .I submitted my mobile to the service center on 23-08-14 at Bangalore and I received it on 20-09-14.On that day it worked correctly but today ie.21-09-14 the same problem again started. Replace with the new one or pay me back the whole amount that I paid ie. Rs.12,000/-
