Sir, My handset xolo a 700, IMEI No- 911246750498658 is not working proper.so i contact the xolo service centre 2nd time in Jaipur. But my phone is not repaired in his committed time. Then service person committed me for my phone is delivered by courier.my phone is not repaired its replaced by other model xolo q 600, but company person refused to delivery my phone by courier at my address.

I need my invested money in phone and total cost used in enquiry. and charge for mental harassments. finaly i need Rs. 23500.
