I have been following up with Xolo for last 45 days for my phone repair. They have repeatedly promised me that my phone will be picked up for servicing within 24 hours, but it has never happened ! I have started following up with them over email so that I will have proof of their apathy. I am only getting very standard answers, and I do not have channel to escalate my issue.
I need working Mobile since I have paid for it and thus it is a right as the consumer to get services.
