had purchased a XOLO PLAY T1000 phone on 6th august 2013. the phone disply got damaged on october 2013. I have been calling XOLO eversince and it took them 1 month to get my handset picked up from my home for service . THey picked it up on 26th November 2013. I have called XOLO on 7th december , 14th December and December . Eacg time they said that the phone has been repaired but they dont say when they are going to send it . They take almost an hour to transfer a call to theor supervisors but no informstion is obtained each time . They promise 48 hours and I still dont have my phone .
I want my phone back in working condition and the company has to be penalised for the amount of time and efffort that has been wasted talking to them over the phone multiple times. These guys donot provide any information like a Headquarters address or an alternate phone number . I have mentioned the few case IDS that they hve opened without any resolution till date 310000162438 310000153425 310000144556 there only contact number is 180030100104
