15th March 2014: Bought Xolo A 600 via indiatimes. Within two weeks phone’s touch started creating problem, touch became resistive and slow in responding but I ignored. After a month around 10th april first time I noticed that it automatically goes back, it started happening frequently, after few days touch also stop responding. 31st May 2014: Went to Macro Moibile Address: S-29, “A”,Prime mall, IRLA Road, Vile parle(W),Mumbai Pin Code:400056 service centre , they told me they will get the problem fixed within a week. When i visited the service centre after a week i.e, on 7th June they told me that parts come from Noida, and we are not getting Xolo parts so your phone’s touch problem could not be fixed, when i asked them how long will you people take, they said we can’t give you a fixed date, visit after 10-15 days. This is the worst experience of my life with any service centre of electronic item. If my problem is not fixed in 10 days I will upload the scan copy and the service centre receipt on every social networking site, will write against Xolo phone on every blog and won’t even hesitate in going consumer court. So get it done soon Or get ready to face the heat “XOLO People”
