Xolo Mobile Poor Service in Warranty Period

Dear poor service providers I purchased a Xolo phone A500s in the month of October 2013 with IMEI number 911328850768097. But since its purchase I am facing frequent problems with my handset. The issue of losing its network signals (even at the places where the signal strength is very good and other mobile users are easily getting signals) is a real treat with this phone. Adding to this is the worst repair service what your company is offering to its customers giving full harassment. I visited your service center at Pathankot (Punjab) regarding the above mentioned signal loosing problem on 20th august 2014 but the service center refused to take my phone for repairing stating that the paint from the phone screw is damaged and the phone is out of warranty. I offered him the phone bill to verify the period of warranty but he refused to see the bill. The phone is under warranty and I have never got is repaired from the market. As such it is the responsibility of your service station to solve my problem. But the poor service provider refused to accept my phone in warranty period. I have called your customer care several times and they also gave me an unsatisfying response by saying that only the service center will deal my problem. As such I have visited the service center a number of times but with no result so far. I have also registered my complaint with the care@xolo.in option provided in the phone but no result till date. As a result I am fed up with communication with your service center and your customer care. You are requested to look into the matter so that I may get a positive solution of my problem within the warranty period. Hoping for a quick response Unsatisfied customer
