Dear sir / Madam I have submitted my xolo a500 to service center in Mysore (inchara mobiles) and engineer had promised me to issue the new replacement with xoloa500s. my mobile was submitted on 23rd Nov, but still i haven’t recived the call from the service engineer nor the replacement of phone, though products are doing in market but still the service is very very poor. Xolo SmartPhone Service Issues
I have purchased xolo x1000 mobile and my imei no is 911300450000940, i have given my mobile on november th till date i haven’t received the mobile yet and they are not sure about the service will it will be done, my battry was buldged and just to replace the battery i have been waiting for long, coz of this late service i had to purchase one small 2nd hand mobile costing 1500 which will be waste once i receive my mobile, if i call up the serivce they tell that the company people haven’t send the battery yet. please resolve my issue as soon as possible
