I Abhinav sharma performed an online purchase of mobile phone on: 19-10-2013 the mobiles model number is: Q1000 of Xolo company. After using it for nearly two months my phone’s touch screen stops working in order of which i send my phone to the service centre with the help of the company’s dealer shop established in Jodhpur. I got to receive my phone after almost a month but it was still not working and has exactly the same problem that it had before. So I send it again to the service center and it took another 20 days to replace it but now the outer body of the phone was changed. My phone was black but they returned it in white color body. Therefore i sent it back to the service center by the same process i used earlier. This time i received my phone after about 15 days, this time my phone worked properly but hardly for 1-2 days and again it fail to work properly.
As the mobile phone was not with me so i have been deprived of connectivity. Travel to Service Center costs me (300×4=)1200 rupees. And countless number of phone calls.
I demand the amount i paid for mobile back with bank interest and ten times of it as damages as i am deprived of connectivity plus travel and other chargers that i had bear in order to contact them. That is a total sum of 159900.
