Sir, i am using XOLO phone. model : Q700 IMEI : 911310450072518 (slot1) 911310450173571 (slot2) Sir, its less than a year…i am using this phone.. two months back i noticed the battery of the phone got bulged slightly and charge was not withstanding for more than 3 hrs… later this month ie.Dec 2013 .. on 5th i went to chennai to visit any service point and get my battery replaced as it still in warranty. a there is not service point in my place (kumbakonam) i went to chennai for this. 10.20am : first i went to chennai T.nagar poorvika mobile showroom (opp.bus stand) as my phone was purchased from their outlet (in kumbakonam) to find out a solution for my problem … they asked me to take the phone to service centre and get this thing fixed…but they dont know who is authorised service provider for this phone… was waiting waiting…. later they gave me one address in khader nawaz khan road and asked me to go there…i took an auto and spent about 120 rupees and reached there by 12 noon. when i went there and asked that person…he said they are no more into this and he gave me one another address which is in kilpauk. i left from there around 12.20 and took an auto and spent around 60 rupees and reached there. F1 service centre…they suppose to be authorised xolo service point. so i went there explained my problem and requested to resolve this by exchanging battery…they denied and they said….they don’t undertake such issues…so i was advised to go to another service point where it can be addressed….i was totally pissed off … but as i was facing real problem with the phone…i am forced to listen to them and i took an auto from there and again spent 60 rupees to reach aminjigarai igloble systems.reached there by 1.30 pm and i was asked to sit and i was waiting for atleast 20 min … no one approached me asking what for i am waiting…later i went to the person on desk and asked him if they can listen to my complaint…after that this guy agreed and i explained him that my phone battery is totally bulged and i am not able to use for long and because of this bulge my back panel of phone is damaged too…i showed my bill and it was in warranty and i asked him to replace this and solve my problem. that guy nodded his head …said okay and took my phone inside and got back after 15 min and said we don’t have battery for this model…i raised question to them that being a service point and a battery is a basic needed stuff for a phone and you saying you don’t have one…what is the point me coming to service point…i argued to them…again this guy went in and came back and said they will replace but they need 10 days time…those stupid people don’t even understand…why a person using smartphones…its because we can access to mail and net and work from anywhere…but without my phone i will be kinda handicapped…i explained my situation and i requested…at least provide me a stand-by battery till u get one for me…they den

i need a new battery for ma mobile i need a back panel for ma mobile i need a compensation for harassing me mentally and making me run around chennai… please do the needful sir , i belong to middle class and i cant afford a new phone at this pint of time.
