Xolo Q1000 mobile – poor service centre service

Its been more than a month since i have given my Xolo Q1000s to the service centre and there is no revert on this. The screen was broken and has to be repaired. This is insane that i feel helpless after paying 17K for this phone and have no clue how much more time they are going to take.

EIther refund the entire amount i payed to buy the phone, i.e 17K or change my screen at the earliest.
